Terms and subscriptions

TrainChat is provided by Efficiency Strength Training, LLC. For the iPhone application, the license terms are Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

Training and coaching

TrainChat provides general fitness programming and AI-assisted coaching. It does not diagnose injuries, provide medical treatment, or guarantee a training outcome. AI responses can be inaccurate. Review exercises and adjustments before acting on them and avoid movements that provoke pain.

Monthly membership

After account creation, TrainChat offers two free coach requests. Continued coaching requires a subscription. The US monthly price is $49.99; Apple displays the applicable local price before an in-app purchase. A membership provides personalized plans, coach conversations, workout tracking, and training adjustments.

Apple subscriptions are charged to your Apple account and renew monthly unless canceled. Manage or cancel them in Apple subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refund requests for Apple purchases. Website purchases are managed through the TrainChat website and Stripe.

Restore Purchases checks an existing Apple membership. Use the same TrainChat account you used when purchasing. TestFlight purchases are for testing and do not become a paid production membership.

Account deletion

Deleting your TrainChat account immediately removes its active training data, with no account recovery period. It does not cancel Apple or website subscriptions. Manage those separately before deletion if you want future billing to stop.
